All standard orders will be shipped 6 to 7 business days of confirmation
from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes
an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only
ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.

Great question! Our clothes come in a range of sizes to fit growing kids.
You can check our size guide on each product page to find the perfect fit. If
you're ever unsure, our friendly customer service team is here to help!

We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item in a different size, send us an email at labelsos.shop@gmail.com

To keep your clothes looking their best:

• Hand wash separately
• Hang dry in shade
• Iron on a low setting
• Do not bleach

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we
offer returns valid for 7 days from the date of arrival. We do a 100% quality check for all our products
before sending them out, in the rare case that the product you receive is not
in perfect condition, we welcome returns and exchange on the following terms -

• The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation
• The product has a manufacturing defect

If 7 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
